Layout Design Process

2Morrow Solutions has twenty years in facilities layout design experience and uses a proven methodical approach to developing effective layout designs for offices, factories and warehouses.  In layout design, it is important to have “buy-in” from staff who will be impacted by a layout design. It is recommended to work with a layout project team – key staff from a cross section within the client’s organisation who will be actively involved in the layout design process. 2Morrow Solutions can work with a client’s layout project team to design a layout by:

• Documenting objectives of the layout – Working with the project team, we can ensure all objectives of the layout design are documented.  These objectives can include growth objectives, sales objectives, the life of the layout etc.
